Co-Founder, Production Director, Project Director
In a Production Director role, I am responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all types of digital projects including defining the project scope, deliver project documentation, develop estimates and project plans and ensure smooth execution for respective clients including Linde Werdelin, Clarins, Laureus, Mulberry, Alfred Dunhill, Anya Hindmarch and East.
Production Director / Head of Project Management
During my time at Groovytrain, I was responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all types of Digital projects including defining the project scope, delivering project documentation, developing estimates and project plans and ensuring smooth execution for respective clients.
Working with a range of prestigious brands including Vertu, Mulberry and Jaeger-LeCoultre gave me great exposure at all levels of the business. As a result, I was also responsible for costs analysis, business case recommendations, process improvements and driving efficiencies for Agency operations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, my position included the management of a multi-disciplined team of over 15 across Project Management, Creative and Development teams. Managing and mentoring junior project managers while ensuring the continued development of the Project Management team was part of the role I did enjoy.
Operations / Senior Project Manager
As the Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for the design, build and maintenance of a CMS enabled e-commerce website promoting Hewlett-Packard’s mobile product range. This website was rolled out across Europe, Middle East and Africa in 10 languages and generated over 1 million users online. As well as managing the day to day relationship with the client including product strategy, I was managing a multi-lingual team that were supporting the site and various distribution partners for the sale of hardware in the region.
This was one of the first OEM sites to gain over 50 app developers and achieved the highest click-through rate of 75% in their mail-outs (a record for Hewlett-Packard at the time).
